as most call have the form .is("name", html namespace)... Additionally create multiple overload for accepting more than one name

For example, once I have a node I can do Node#getTextContent() and I get the text content but how can I get the actual full HTML?
Imagine this:

<div class="myDiv">hello</div>

When I do Node#getTextContent() I get "hello", but I want to get: <div class="myDiv">hello</div>

How can I achieve this?

isindex has been removed: html5lib/html5lib-tests@f99e2cb

as the baseline is java 11, we can finally add the java module without any issues...
