This problem has resolved itself.

I have another problem though. The command line switch for Chrome to enable file:// URI access doesn't work. By the way, these aren't too important. But just though I'd bring them up.

Computer OS = Mac OS 10.6.8
Browser = Chrome
Browser version = 18.0.1025.168
