Rideshare

  • A NodeJS API for a ridesharing service using mongoDB and GeoJSON. Uses Mocha and Chai for API testing.

How to run

To get started:

  • make sure that MongoDB is installed and running.

  • install all project dependencies with npm install.

    Notable dependencies:

    "body-parser": "^1.17.2",
    
    "express": "^4.15.4",
    
    "mongoose": "^4.11.8"

Dev dependencies:

    "chai": "^4.1.1",
    
    "mocha": "^3.5.0",
    
    "supertest": "^3.0.0"
  • run the test suite with npm test. You should see all the tests passing.
