Python telegram bot api v12
New version of python-telegram-bot has been released, currently version 12.0.0b1 (still beta)
This release has numerous backwards incompatible changes. See the wiki page at https://git.io/fxJuV (https://github.com/python-telegram-bot/python-telegram-bot/wiki/Transition-guide-to-Version-12.0) for a detailed guide on how to migrate from version 11 to version 12.
Major changes:
- Context based callbacks
- Persistence
- PrefixHandler added (Handler overhaul)
- Deprecation of RegexHandler and edited_messages, channel_post, etc. arguments (Filter overhaul)
- Various ConversationHandler changes and fixes
For RegexHandler use MessageHandler(Filters.regex('pattern'), callback) instead
Error sending some URLs
When sending some url, either send_photo or send_animation. Currently using bot and aforementioned methods.
Some of those URL are:
https://random.dog/59f02432-b972-4428-935b-4efb0af83456.jpg
https://random.dog/3254832e-ace1-414c-9d66-e4d968f2928f.gif
Maybe too long? Maybe too big for Telegram?
