urls with multi-slashes don't load ressources on base url

Hi @dhinesh03 !

I'm playing around with your starter-kit and I found a small issue!

When creating a route on (for example) /about/test-url with route /about/:slug, it seems the browser load the css+js from the localhost:3000/about/test-url instead of the base url (localhost:3000).

So we end up with a blank plage! 😄

Does I'm missing something or it's a webpack issue?

Thx for this starter-kit, it's awesome to code with it!
