Rather than polluting the filesystem with another directory somewhere else, the webhook should just clone the gh-pages repo to a subdirectory that's not tracked in the master branch. Then we can also eliminate the webhook command-line argument that requires the path, since it'll be hard-coded.

Currently using forked codex with forked marked. Once marked accepts custom URL formatters and codex updates to allow that as well, go back to using the official codex package.

I've added the .wf-loading { visibility: hidden; } trick to avoid the Flash Of Unstyled Text issue, but now each page has an annoying hiccup on page load. Look into a faster approach to loading, or consider using a typeface from some other service that's not so laggy.
