Switch to using Doctrine migrations and seeds

Options should be "ASAP", "Soon", "Later".

Currently Items Shown / Items Not Shown only appears on the printed copy. Make this information available on the screen copy, too.

The index page renders the same on a mobile device as on a computer, making it impossible to use.

Reproduction steps:

1. Mark two items done
2. Update the view so you can see items closed today
3. Edit the two items closed
4. Set the date/time on the first item to "2021-02-10 11:15"
5. Set the date/time on the second item to "2021-02-11 09"
6. Tab off of the second date/time
7. Note that the first date/time is now set to a date/time similar to the second

Experiment with using Charts.js to give a visual look and feel to the done output.

Use webpack or gulp to compile jQuery, Bootstrap and any other modules into a single JS file. Do the same for CSS.

Currently, the items done page uses a table, and it looks horrid on mobile.
