A small KML files editor to edit the skins for the emulators like Emu48.

DESCRIPTION

KML Editor is a small editor to edit the KML files (skins/faceplates) for the emulators Emu48 (Emu28, Emu42, Emu71, etc...).
It is focus on the edition of the graphical elements.

Features:
* GPL license.
* Need of the Microsoft Framework.NET 4.6.1.
* Open KML file from the menu, command line or drag'n drop.
* Zoom using the mouse wheel.
* Multiple selection with the mouse and the Ctrl key, or with a rectangular mouse selection, or from the list box.
* Pan and resize all the selected elements at once.
* Resizing centered using the Shift key.
* A property grid allows to manually edit one property of all the selected elements.

* Center the canvas.
* KML with Digit has Digit and Annonciator relative to the LCD, but moving the LCD does not move the digit and annonciator!

* Allow to add and remove an element (insert/remove lines!).
* Allow copy/paste.
* Warning on issues (duplicate button or annonciator, multiple display or digit, or other...).
* Create backup before saving.
