Should successfully build.
Instead I see build errors
Notes:
* OrientedImage has been deprecated.
* Multithreaded filters still seem not to work correctly, so need to set to
single-threaded
* Probably need to support more of the ITK-specific class decorations (i.e.
Class::Pointer, Class::New, etc.)

Observed that memory is leaking during beamlet calc (w/ pyramid)
Change to ITK to not use multi-threading seems to help
