We need to actually implement the return type here.

There are other places where this pattern also needs to be implemented.

• Document .env file spec needed with a .env.example
• Better readme that explains the product (or a link to a blog post)

bonus: make the filters searchable via combobox. This will become relevant if we continue to download the weekly updates for the various folders.

How this should work. This is a skeleton which means that it doesn't need to pull data from the API for this issue to be closed.

If you click the down arrow on the right then you should get a popover with the tools to create and manage "collections". Imagine collections as something akin to folders such that you can organize cards for block-files, cases, etc.

If you click the bookmark icon (we should replace the star w/ a bookmark) then save it to a "default collection" and put up the popover informing the user that we did that.

We DO NOT need to have the feature that allows users to change their default collections. We can cut scope there for the MVP.
