Installation of the DevExtreme React Template ends with the following error message:
"A template was not provided. This is likely because you're using an outdated version of create-react-app. Please note that global installs of create-react-app are no longer supported."

It ends up with a brocken installation.

Now that almost all references to create-react-app were purged from the official React documentation and in the light that Facebook seems to have abandoned the project (1600+ open issues, no commits for over a year). Any plans to switch the devextreme-react-template to another - better maintained - frontend tooling framework, like e.g. Vite?

It looks like Devextreme-cli react template inner-toolbar doesnt expand during initial load (in Mobile Portrait View). See attached video capture. We are able to reproduce this issue on newly created template "npx devextreme-cli new react-app app-name". The issue appears on side-nav-inner-toolbar template in mobile-view (Portrait mode). The problem doesnt appear in Landscape mode though. Actually, after Landscape mode, the sidebar works in Portrait mode. Clearing the cache will initiate the issue again in Portrait mode.
