DRCHECK (Disk Routine Check)

DRCHECK (Disk Routine Check) is a disk DOS-level surface scanner, written in Borland C++ in 1997.

Running

Here are some ways to run DRCHECK:

Using DOSBox

Download and install DOSBox, and read the setup instructions. You can run DRCHECK using DOSBox on Windows (including Windows 10), macOS, Linux, Android, and more.

Windows 7 (32-bit)

You can run DRCHECK directly on a computer running Windows 7, or in a Windows 7 virtual machine.

To Do:

  • Show a report after the scan is complete
  • Display an information panel about the disk drive being checked
