Add tests to check and test the current features and limitations.

Create test project with multiple equal static binders to test the feature from ticket #7.

Release v0.1.1 to use the now public constant also in the other projects.

Create a Jenkins job for this project. Add a service hook for it to the project settings.

Check the existence and quality of the JavaDoc. Extend where needed.

Check feature and code quality for the first release. Document how to use the library (Maven repository and dependency tags). Increment the version - and push.

Make adapter selectable by setting a property to the full qualified implementation name.

The static binders need a method that returned their implementations name. If not found the current algorithms is used.

Change the init process to be more like the one of log4j. That means:

• no classpath scanner, but a predefined entry class
• no reflection for instantiation, but a factory class

This changes have to be reflected by the http4j and json4j projects.
