Could you add a function that shows the current number of links in a list?

I'd like to be able to see the number of links I have at a glance.

This is an amazing service. One good think to be able to do is to move the links around on the page, aka re-order them. Once re-ordered, it would be really helpful to be able to re-export that lis with the new organization. This helps with sorting a lot of business related links and possibly, after visiting, you realize that a number of them are either unimportant or should be further down on the list. Again, this is a great service and is extremely helpful in a business and social sense.

Keep up the great work.

I really love the app - great and simple interface, and easy to use. My only suggestion is that for each link I really want to be able to add a title line of text to tell people what it is or what it relates to.

For example, I have a list that I'm making at the moment to do with a infographic chart that I'm creating for the MMORPG Eve Online. The links included on this list typically look like this: https://wiki.eveuniversity.org/Living_in_Wormhole_Space and they relate one of the 'cards' on the chart.

In an ideal world, what I'd like the list to look like is something like this, and be able to have line returns in effect between the groups:

• click "create link"
• add more links
• edit link-list title
  now open linklist in new browser tab/window, title still says "Links List".

I spent at least an hour trying to figure out how to share a watch list on ebay! Seems weird they don't have this option, greed over service.

Two suggestions:

• would be awesome if we could click-drag to reorder the links
• would be great if we could edit the link to give it a title and even change/remove the preview image

Appears when adding iOS AppStore links.

So that on a custom link list, a user can easily open a new tab with the https://www.linkslist.app starting page, to create a new linklist.

I created a personal "Home" list and then "Todo" and "To Read" lists and wanted to add them to my "Home" list. It works but there is no preview for linkslist.app links.

I keep getting this error with certain websites like Amazon, Ubran outfitters

A grid/thumbnail view would be really handy.

I'd like to use Link List it to collect design ideas, and putting the links in a grid where the image is larger and takes priority would be ideal for that.

Please make Links List website installable as a PWA which will make it native-like on Android.

Would it be reasonable to add a bit to that enables "locking" in the "listsRef" and in the "exports.syncData" firebase function that rejects any changes if "locked" is set.

I'd love to share out the a list of links widely but it would be nice to know that someone malicious couldn't edit the the list if they wanted.

It says lists can only be created while logged in. I was logged and and wasn't able to create a list in that state either.

Also when trying to click in the bottom right to learn more about you it just has the PayPal donation link. Not sure if that's intended.

Any chance to have a feature so that your list is only editable by you? Sometimes we need to give someone a list for a few people without that other person editing that list; and messing it up for someone else.

I would like the ability to add names or notes to certain links so I can remember what each link is for and quickly get to it.

• Check if the link exists to avoid duplicates.
• Password protect to remove links.
• View only and add only option.
• Confirmation message to remove links.

first thanks for the hard work. I would like to suggest a couple of potential interesting features (at least for me) :

• Add tags to links and allow subsequent quick filter to the list based on used tags.
• Collaborative list with other registered users.

I don't know if this has been already proposed, hopefully not.

Hi. I created a link list using https://www.linkslist.app/. I want to know what will prevent others who come to my list from deleting, adding, or changing the links I put there? I made this to share with people, some who are more tech-savvy than others.

Try saving any eBay page
It'll pick up the image URL, not the page itself.

Hi , i just discovered your project and i have 2 things i would like to do :
1.To learn by your code how to collect links , i'm right on learning now...
2.To embed and eventually pay for white label your project that i find very useful for a school project i want to implement.

Last , would you like to consider to send this data also to Airtable, Supabase or Google sheet ?Would be awesome.

This site will not work in Safari on my iPhone 12 Mini or iPad Air 4. The cookies question doesn’t appear, only the PayPal donation link appears, so the page is greyed out and unusable.
