- 用户管理中新增【添加用户】和【编辑用户功能】
- 新增定时策略管理模块
- 新增转换日志和转换步骤日志查看功能（相关日志通过java程序自定记录，不需要在转换中单独设置）
- 新增作业日志和作业步骤日志查看功能（相关日志通过java程序自定记录，不需要在转换中单独设置）
- 优化UI界面
- 修复部分BUGS
- 添加对运行的服务器状态监控
- 考虑实现通过程序往作业中加入检查点，当作业运行出错时能够通过检查点重新启动作业
- 支持向转换和作业中传递参数
- 前端UI改造
