Hi Chris,

I have the same dataset as before
Parent Child Parent ID Child ID
null Company 1 null 1
Company 1 Company 2 1 2
Company 1 Company 3 1 3
Company 1 Company 4 1 4

etc.

When we mouse over a node, we get 1:2:NaN in the tooltip because we are using the IDs to link.
I tried to set label to "Child" but that doesn't seem to change anything on the chart. We'd like the tooltip to show just the name of the entity when we mouse over it (e.g., child) but I don't see anywhere to modify the tooltip - do we have to do that in the code?

Hi, Im able to configure the visualisation but nothing appears after the configuration. There is one null record recorded as "Null". Pls advise how this may be resolved, thanks.

While attempting to use the extension listed within the Tableau Extension library, all configurations return blank. This occurs even when using the sample data set on GitHub, or recreating the data set listed on the Youtube tutorial. I've had a few other team members try as well on their own Desktop version and same occurance. Any suggestions towards fixing as looks like a promising extension and we would love to use!

The extension does load to build the configuration but the visualization never appears when you select save or finish.

Hello, I love your visualization schemes. I did try it out. But with no success.
I don't get any error message, just a blank white screen area.
My Tableau Version is: 2020.4.4 64 bit Windows 10 OS
Here are my steps:
