A dangling keyword has no arguments which are currently ignored by the Caesars parser.

In this example:
commands do
dangle # => nil
dongle :sure # => :sure
end
dangle will be ignored and @commands.dangle will return nil.

Task: add a class method to explicitly register dangling methods. It must be the same length as "chilled".
