Selectively disable bold, underline, etc within blocks.

Fallback via color approximation (RGB -> 256 -> 16) would be nice if we can figure out an easy way to determine whether the terminal supports truecolor (or maybe just have it as a property of the Formatter).

Or at least, some way of asserting that two Formatters are the same. Taking into account span collapsing is hard, but we can at least just directly compare the ASTs and key sets for equality.

This is mostly useful for testing catgirl's configuration file parser.
