The detail panel should have some padding on the bottom, and it'd also be ideal to get the detail scrollbar as far to the right as it can go.

Also, the detail panel shouldn't force scrolling on the main window, but it does here.

Pshrimp should do this too.

Pshrimp is now being used for both IPHON and PHOIBLE. Currently the versions live in different branches. Ideally they'd live in the same branch, and the things that differ between versions would be refactored into separate files - this way we won't have to maintain two different copies of essentially the same codebase, and the only differences between the builds will be which files the main app imports.

It'd be nice to have the inventory chart builder split out of the React app, so we can also use it for the regular IPHON site - which shouldn't require the user to have JS enabled.
