Crash on init() with no parameter passed

Apologies, I introduced this bug.
The recently modified version of init() crashes if no options table is passed.

Add macOS support

As discussed at https://forum.defold.com/t/firebase-extensions-update-remove-c-sdk/75704/4, Firebase supports Apple platforms in addition to iOS. This may be useful for Defold developers shipping on Mac, but also for iOS developers who could more easily test remote config, analytics etc on their Mac desktop.

Firebase Crashlytics

Add support for Firebase Crashlytics as a native extension.

Same as extension-firebase-analytics or a new extension?

Support desktop workflow

Firebase supports desktop platforms to aid development.

Support initialisation with AppOptions

firebase::App::Create() has an overload that takes an object of type AppOptions to permit Firebase to be initialized with non-default values.
We'd like to use it to permit selection of Firebase projects for different environments (dev, staging etc) from a boot screen.

I'm happy to take this on myself, but could do with some guidance on the Lua API, as AppOptions has 6 string members.
