To get a local copy up and running follow these simple example steps.

Ruby: 2.7.1
Rails: 6

1. Clone this repository with git clone https://github.com/defoebrand/developer-portfolio.git using a terminal or command line.
2. Direct your terminal to the project folder by entering cd developer-portfolio
3. Run bundle install to install the necessary dependencies
4. Run rails db:setup to setup your local database.
5. Run rails server to start the application.
6. Finally, direct your browser to 'http://localhost:3000/' to view the app.
