Requires up to date version of openGL installed

After downloading and extracting the win64 zip file, and then running the .exe file. This app responds with
Minimum requirement ...openGL version (2) NOT found.

But this system requirement is not listed in the requirements / prerequires list .

I'm using licenced , up to date , windows 10 pro (2019 ) , on a Dell latitude E6510 laptop 64 bit laptop

Please include the requirement for OpenGL and any other pre-requisite on the list., thanks
