No "Partner Connect" button in Snowflake UI.

This step says to click a button: "In the Snowflake UI, click the "Partner Connect" button in the top-right corner." But my snowflake UI doesn't have this button.

No Partner Connect button or link

Can't seem to find the Partner Connect in the top-right corner nor anywhere.

Running dbt deps fails

Running dbt deps fails with the error:

Compilation Error
The yml property file at models/tpch/modeled/modeled.yml is invalid because the yml property file models/tpch/modeled/modeled.yml is missing a version tag. Please consult the documentation for more information on yml property file syntax:

You can manually go add the version:2 line to the files to get rid of the errors but there's no indication if that completely fixes the issue.
