Replace structopt with clap

Structopt has been deprecated as its features have been integrated into clap.

Potentially cucumber-rs/cucumber#188 shows all the migration steps we need.

Improve CI

At least I should add caching. Alternatively (or, perhaps, in addition) I can convert to using nix — the latter might be a worthwhile exercise, or if I want to automate releases.

Ah, I should also add --locked to ensure the Cargo.lock is up to date.

Runtime panic when attempting to run pdfbooklet on input

I encounter this issue after installing and running the program. please advice.
