Criteria for removing projects (abandoned ones)?

I'm thinking about when exactly something stops being awesome :)
Perhaps this is not very relevant for bots, which might become essentially bug-free and "just work" and are easily fixable/extendable. For other IRC software this is more pertinent. The list includes some projects that were left in alpha or beta status years ago (such as TapChat or IRCAnywhere).

weechat is a bouncer as well as regular client

Maybe it should appear in both lists?

Add icons to main readme

Let's move the icons from the secondary readme file to the main readme file, remove the ones no longer needed and potentially add a few more, I think it'll make the list look nice.
