Create preprocess example

Edit main.py so it correctly imports apsimRegions from site-packages. Also, move it to the example or scripts folder.

Change None to '' in apsim.py

in apsim.new_doc() and related functions change None default value to empty string ('') so code won't crash.

Some simulations not being sucessfuly completed

When ApsimRun.py is scripted to run multiple times, there are some cases in which certain .sim files are not completely run.

Update documentation

Update all in-code documentation (doc strings) to be compatible with reST formatting for Sphinx autodoc.
