E.g. if someone would to integrate grapple into GUI application, it would be nice to have an option to switch grapple output into something like that:

$ grapple FILE --progress-as-dots
......

with every dot representing 1 completion% (currently the topmost bar in the output), and everything else representing error text. Grapple output could then be parsed by other application that has its own system for progress bars (e.g. GTK+ progress bar).

Hi, just downloaded grapple and I am getting the above. I have tried a couple of different urls, but I haven't successfully managed to download anything yet. I am on macOS 10.14.4, grapple installed just now with cargo install grapple

$ rustc --version
rustc 1.29.1 (b801ae664 2018-09-20)

Hi I just created a homebrew formula for this nifty tool. I'm not sure formula will be accepted, so I'm linking the PR here, and that would be awesome to set up an Homebrew tap in this case.

• pb (pbr) got the fix pulled, the latest crates.io version is 1.0.1
• grapple crate name is unused, may be worth it to at least take ownership of it
