cli options

 -f,--files <FILES>       optional multipart file uploads , name=filePath1
                          name=filePath2 ...
 -h,--headers <HEADERS>   optional headers to be set as header1=value1
                          header2=value2 ...
 -m,--method <METHOD>     http method to use
 -o,--outfile <OUTFILE>   optional headers to be set as header1=value1
                          header2=value2 ...
 -p,--params <PARAMS>     optional params as name1=value1 name2=value2 ...
 -u,--url <URL>           target url
