akwf_waveforms's Introduction

Hi there ๐Ÿ‘‹

My name is Sylwester, I live in Berlin and I like to tinker around with embedded hardware and software. Most of the time I am working on music / audio related projects. Most of the time I am developing in C/C++ but I am also a GoLang fan. I used to be an IT systems administrator and DevOps guy for around 15 years, but feeling better in embedded soft- and hardware development.

Some of the technologies I've been workin on include FreeRTOS, ChibiOS, Buildroot, Zephyr, ESP32 MCUs, AVR MCUs, RP2040, ARM Cortex M0+ and M4 MCUs, MIDI, CAN Bus, RS485, ProtoBuf, MQTT, LoRA, low-power battery powered gadgets, and many more..

๐Ÿ”ญ Iโ€™m currently working on

  • XLink, a secret MIDI and Eurorack synth tool ๐Ÿ‘€ (done)
  • PicoADK, a RP2040 powered Audio DSP core (done)
  • RP2040 powered low-power sensor / actor board with 2.4GHz ISM Radio Transceiver (done)
  • A USB LVGL Driver for Ableton Push, Push 2, Native Instruments maschine series (done)

akwf_waveforms's Issues

Weird offset issue

I tried the 256+1 waveforms this morning with a wavetable oscillator that I'm working on for my hardware synth. It looks like there are some really weird offsets in the data - no negative values in many of the samples. Any idea what's going on?

do you have the .wav files for these "smaller" versions?

Hi,
I'm looking for the .wav files that you made these from,
in order to add them to a SoundFont file and add meta-data to them.
That is most easily done using the original .wav files,
and an editor like PolyPhone to "tune" the samples.
Any chance you still have the edited .wav files?
