Pre-requisites

  • R
  • pandoc
  • Packages: bookdown, rmarkdown

Commands

Run the following command and HTML files will be generated in the ./_book directory. To start reading, open index.html

bookdown::render_book("index.Rmd", "bookdown::gitbook")

Separation of concerns!

@yc-ng noted that there's a lot going on in the Managing code chapter. Should we separate them out? git and github are a big topic in themselves and it might be more clear to have a separate chapter for them.
