With the changes to the auction house on retail adding new sub-categories, DSPs implementation is more than certainly broken for some items. Mostly misc items.

Possibly related (unsure if resolved), is if a player has too many items (including gil from AH sales) in deliverybox, nothing from that player can be sold. We had that issue with players that quit. A GM would have to periodically clear the (selling) player's deliverybox.

there's a cap on delivery box items in the table, but I don't think there should be one - would take a wee bit of work to fix, but shouldn't be anything too crazy if someone wants to look at it
