tor-server's Issues

Updated upstream builds of Tor-Server, working and tested.

Hi DarkIsDude nice to see, that you updated my previous version to be functional again! The more Tor servers the better!

I updated my Tor-Server to Debian 9 stretch, which will auto-update on Docker Hub more reliably (as it is not built from source), but is using the Tor repositories with recent builds. You may want to incorporate some of my changes into your version:

  • This image can be run as an obfuscated Tor bridge for people under persecution
  • Instructions have been updated and improved
  • Easy to run with IPv6 enabled
  • Added automated Travis testing

https://hub.docker.com/r/chriswayg/tor-server/

Mounted torrc is being modified and becomes invalid

I took my torrc from the chriswayg/tor-server configuration and when running with darkisdude/tor-server the torrc gets several lines added to the end of the file which makes my configuration invalid and the services doesn't start up.
Am I don't something wrong? Should I be able to use my torrc without it being modified?

Memory leak?

Hi,
Running this on unRAID and it slowly eats up all allocated RAM until it fails

Tor is on an obsolete version!

Debian bullseye has an obsolete version of Tor packaged now it seems. Consider updating the Docker image to include a current version of Tor.

I have an update container based on your Docker Hub image and it is running Tor 0.4.5.10.

Unable to find IPv4 address for ORPort 9001

Hello!

I got this Problem:
Nov 17 08:34:44.000 [notice] Unable to find IPv4 address for ORPort 9001. You might want to specify IPv4Only to it or set an explicit address or set Address.

This entry doesn't work in the ./torrc file:
ORPort 9001 IPv4Only

Idea for a solution to the problem?

Thank you and take care...
