For mangas with > 100 pages, from mangapark, only the first hundred pages are downloaded (e.g. in vol. 8 and vol. 9 of high school girls).

I suspect this is because mangapark loads page numbers > 101 on demand only after the user scrolls down. It would be good to have a workaround for this if possible.

The images in the .cbz files created from Mangapark have incorrect extensions in some cases. E.g. the filename is 001.jpg?14325240978 instead of just 001.jpg. This leads comic book readers being unable to read and display images.

This does not happen all the time, but certainly happens for some series (it happened to me repeatedly with boku to issho). Should also mention I am running this on Linux. '?' might be an invalid character for filenames in Windows (not so sure), so this problem might never occur.
