Create a page that displays a list of bills (expenses) created by the user.

Create a form in vue that allows the user to create and submit and expense.

Properties for an expense should include:

• current due_date
• is_repeated (boolean)
• frequency (bi-weekly, weekly, monthly)
• name
• amount
• tag
• user_id

Install Vue Router which will allow users to navigate between pages.
