At the moment, I have to keep logging in upon every restart which is rather inconvenient and slows down my workflow. Would it be possible to enable the widget to retain our login credentials?

a lot of KDE widgets have the ability to change the panel icon , would it be possible to add this feature to this one?

currently i have laptop with resolution 1024x600 and 1366x768,
when using this plasmoid/widget it fill the screen i cant resize it

maybe you cant add dynamic resizing on the widget or at least put some config to able to set the widget layout size

I really like the widget and it is helpful on many occasions.
However, I would like to have an option for ctrl-enter to send the prompt.
Not really sure if you can change anything about it or if it is a problem with the chat gpt website, but having it work would be nice. I know there exists a enter-to-send option, but I find myself forgetting to hold shift whenever writing long prompts, which is annoying. So currently, I have to use the mouse to click the send button, which is just painful.

Perhaps to make it fully keyboard-operable you could add an option to map key to exit

It would be nice if the widget had a "pin" feature like the system tray widget for instance.

Seems like there should be an easy fix, I'm sure even just a button to restart the widget would be sufficient. Obviously I'm connected and using it to post the issue.

I've noticed that when I activate the applet with a keyboard shortcut, the textbox is not automatically in focus, so I need to select it with the mouse before typing anything.
This doesn't happen when activating the applet by clicking on it with the mouse.

This widget is no longer working, I cannot send any text, neither with the "Send on enter" feature, nor with the UI button.

I'm using this tool a lot. It's awesome..

If I may, I'd like to request some features that would enhance the usability:

• Clear History
• Change the window position and width, like Yakuake (e.g. top)
• After many queries, it starts to hang /freeze for a few seconds, but then returns, after restart it's working fine
• Enter = Send, shift + Enter = new line

I have the option to send after clicking Enter checked, I also tried switching it off and on again but still after hitting Enter new line is created

The plasmoid does currently not work with Plasma 6 (Tried it on KDE Neon testing). Plasma 6 is expected to be released later this month and I expect more people might be disappointed if there is no update.

When I try to copy some code from chatgpt, it doesn't get copied in the system clipboard. It would be really handy to have copy/paste support.
I will also try to look into the code one of these days to check if it's possible

It's in the name, really. On my laptop, specs below, you need to re-verify that you're human after starting your computer to enable the actual connection to the AI, and sometimes during startup, you need to reload the widget in order to get to that verification in the first place.

I would settle for a way to auto-reload on startup, since I'm pretty sure that bypassing the CAPTCHA is more trouble than it's worth, even if it only simulates a click in the checkbox.

Hi, loving this widget! Just wondering, does clicking links in a chat not work? It's not working for me anyway. How can I debug a plasmoid? Like, can I run it from a terminal to see log output?

It would be nice if there was a feature to use the enter key to submit your message instead of clicking on the arrow.

ChatGPT does not support the country where I am currently in. Can you add the option of setting a proxy so that I can easily use the proxy to configure your plugin?
