This is a long running request. We can try having this run in the background and use websockets to keep the user updated.

Need to get this up on heroku, so we'll need to store at least the output of the files on s3.

Create a new heroku project.

The following is needed to run on Heroku:

• Find out how to handle files and uploads on Heroku (Is s3 required). #1
• May want to save original excel source on s3

The lines of the excel file do not need processing in any specific order, so this is a good oppurtunity to learn how flow works.
