Re-signed applications crash at launch about ios-app-signer HOT 2 OPEN

To my understanding the issue is:

xxx-iPhone kernel(Sandbox)[0] <Notice>: SandboxViolation: logd(44) deny(1) file-read-data /private/var/containers/Bundle/Application/xxxxxxx-B780-48A7-97D1-4A907E6D4FB4/xxxx.app/Frameworks/Base.framework/Base

Probably xxx.app need to get renamed to actual app name, and that does not happen on re-signing.
Ideas?
