Implement editing of register values
It is much better to be able to directly edit the register values to some value instead of adding hacks to the top of the program.

Once test cases are complete, the parser should be rewritten
- better type checking between registers and immediates
- constraints on immediates bit widths
- handle tabs and spaces correctly
