Articles using the [[html]] tags are failing to render correctly when '#' symbols appear in them, presumably due to mistaking them for being fragment identifiers in a URL.

An example of this would be SCP-3493 where it fails to render past the 'color' attribute for the body CSS, like so:

I'm pretty sure you just need to forcefully percent-encode the '#' symbols (or just every symbol to be safe, I suppose) to %23 in the HTML before insertion since an src field will be trying to treat it as a URL.
