to keep things in order it may be necessary to force all 'login' usernames across all systems to be the users email address. Won't be possible to match if someone has 'cathy' as one user name in wordpress and 'cathy murphy' as username in city index api.

Only unique, comparable login across 3 platforms (wp, ci api, 3rd parties) is the email address.

trying to test plugin with permalinks set to:
%postname%

there appears to be a bug in wordpress 3.4.1
when permalinks are set, even with plugin disabled, all pages return http 404
cause of bug unkown.

after successfull github oauth authentication the callback in /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php returns 0

Create an interface to the cityindex api to plugin into.

• The wordpress normal login will have to check this to check email against registered emails in City Index's profiles.
• Also, using the normal wp login, users should be able to log in with their City Index details and automatically have a wordpress account created based on these details, if none exists
