Add API to return device name from device model name.
If the device name returned by this API is changed, it will be saved as a different device and spam will be sent to the database and so on.
To deal with this problem, we will add an API that returns the device name from the device model name sent by the client.
For the sake of backward compatibility, this feature will be implemented as a new function.
