When trying to replay with this latest DB, I receive an error of "Error in <Gmp_Raster::"LrbGmp.Raster2"::ReadDataBase()>: Unexpected end of raster configuration file

Error in <Gmp_Rastered_Beam::"LrbGmp"::Init()>: While initializing apparatus LrbGmp ("Rastered beam to L-HRS") got error 2 from detector Raster2 ("downstream raster ")
Error in THaAnalyzer::InitModules(): Error 2 initializing module LrbGmp (Rastered beam to L-HRS). Analyzer initialization failed."

Investigated in the DB for db_L_beam.dat for 20170301
I notice a difference in the L and R dbs for the raster 2 section.
I kinda patched it for my local DB. But I would recommend that Tyler takes a glance before we edit the official.
