Send external link button with Whatsapp Message(URL links to redirect payment page)

We are utilizing "whatsappcloudapi_wrapper". our requirment is to include payment gateway part with this so we are trying to interact with Paypal API for the payment.
but we are facing three issues here.

We want to redirect the flow to a payment URL for PayPal-Can we implement this scenario?
How can we call external Api from this engine?
Can we customize the button types and its properties (URL links to redirect payment)?
