`yarn run dev` Error

I hav successful build h2vis（use yarn），but I can't run yarn run dev

Is webpack-cli needed ? which version should I use ?

Project doesn't currently build with NPM

I've managed to build this OK in the past but it now fails to build - guessing some of the dependencies have changed somewhere but I'm not quite sure where to start looking

npm run clifails with a series of type incompatibility messages e.g.

    TS2717: Subsequent property declarations must have the same type.  Property 'a' must be of type 'DetailedHTMLProps<AnchorHTMLAttributes<HTMLAnchorElement>, HTMLAnchorElement>', but here has type 'DetailedHTMLProps<AnchorHTMLAttributes<HTMLAnchorElement>, HTMLAnchorElement>'.
