Single Twitter Tab

This is a simple Chrome extension that prevents you from opening multiple Twitter tabs. It will close the new tab if you try to open a new Twitter tab.

why?

  • I have a bad habit of opening multiple Twitter tabs for no reason.

Installation

  1. Download the extension source code from this repository.
  2. Open Chrome and go to chrome://extensions/.
  3. Enable Developer mode.
  4. Click on Load unpacked and select the folder where you downloaded the extension source code.

Usage

  1. Open a Twitter tab.
  2. Try to open a new Twitter tab.
  3. The new tab will be closed automatically.
