Support for RTL as well as RTL languages is very bad currently. UI elements get messed by the change, the languages aren't working well with cantarell.

Changes needed:

• Make a language pack for RTL languages.
• Make several UI elements work with RTL.
• Change home menu widget sidebar to be on the left.
• Change lockscreen notification to be on the opposite side when in RTL.

In the wps, korean combo symbols are not combining to make a character. Also affects bold font in SBS. Strange issue, possibly rockbox shenanigans.

Description: The rounded corners are offset on the line selectors for the simplified variant, but seem fine for the non-simplified variant.

This theme is absolutely beautiful, thanks for working so hard on it!

The date is in the format MM/DD/YY, which is a bit unusual for many languages. Add logic to change the date format of a specific language.

Description:
I have removed the previous versions of adwaitapod and installed dark simplified from this github.
I have noticed however, that the battery in WPS and menu mode is always at 50% and does not change appearence when charging.
However, when I hold down menu to select shuffle/repeat, etc, the battery appears correctly (correct percentage, shows when charging, etc).

It does not appear to be an issue with charging itself. Just the reflection of the actual % and state in WPS and menu mode.

I believe this to be a bug.

Hi, thanks for this awesome theme.

I'm using the dark version and I had some issues to see which album or artist I selected on my iPod when scrolling in direct sunlight. Having more contrast between the dark background and the gray-ish selector might help a bit :)

Battery Status needs some UX improvements.

• Allow users to show the battery percentage on all screens. (Make this this default behaviour? )
• Removed the "CGD" battery status when battery is fully charged. Confusing, and just saying "100%" will be the same thing.
• Rework lockscreen battery notification to reduce assets used + generated.

Radio buttons from the UI toolkit can act strange due to a larger font (ie in simplified) and dissapear.

After loading the theme from scratch, for a short period the scrolling menu items can act strangely. Double text in the same box, incomplete bar etc.

Hey,

I really like this theme, however I listen to music that have titles or album names in other languages. The current font in use only supports English characters. Is it possible to add an option for a font that allows for a wide array of characters?

I would really appreciate it.

Simplified player somewhat does not work with RTL due to the direction specifics of the album art. Since album art cannot be changed, might need to create a seperate version for RTL.

none of the other themes have the same weird looking volume changing image with bleeding white around the black oval. I suspect this is a bug with adwaitapod dark simplified.

On non-dev builds of Rockbox, this screen can refuse to show after returning from the custom preferences menus until you interact and force a refresh. Similarly to the homescreen's lockscreen, the theme should inform the user that they should scroll here.

Tasks:

• Remake the viewport rendering to support outlines.

• Create seperate theme versions for various sizes of fonts.

• Tweak status bar colours for better visibility at a glance.

Hi, not an issue per say, maybe more of a feature request.
Your theme is so clean that de style difference with rockbox messages is glaring.

I don't think fixing this is in the scope of a theme, but do you think there would be a way to theme the "searching" notification when navigating the database ?

Description: Cannot change volume or brightness in the Quickscreen on any of the 4 themes. If unlock the new design of quickscreen, can change brightness but still cannot change volume. I've turned the wheel clicker noise on to confirm it is registering the scrollwheel in the quickscreen, it is registering but volume is not changing.

When scrolling items in the list the light gray selection is displayed as a non-rounded rectangle for a few ms before being redraw with the correct border-radius corners. Can it be fixed to be drawn directly as it should ?

Description: The theme doesn't load properly and the only part that works as intended is the Now Playing screen.
Description of the issue. The theme doesn't have the custom main and sub menus, the quickscreen, and the lockscreen.
This issue persists even after deleting every file related to adwaitapod and reinstalling it both manually and through the Rockbox Utility.

When playing the music, the triangle "Play" icon is displayed. And when the music is paused, the double vertical dash "Pause" icons is displayed. This is the opposite behaviour as the other music players (rhythmbox, monophony, etc,), where the Play icon is displayed when music is paused, not playing.
