User statistics: when 'no term assigned' is selected in any query, the progress bars are computed to 100% because a missing label is treated as 'null label' and contributes to the overall statistics.
This requires a closer look on how this actually interferes with the 'real labels'.

If an HTTP request results in an error, sometimes errors are not completely distinguishable by the HTTP status code.
So e.g. when the user is not allowed to access an IRIS resource (project, image), a 403 is rendered to the client with a common JSON object structure:

However, the user should be able to choose either another image or another project according to the locked resource, which improves usability.
