Is it broken or why there no builds anymore?
Due to its not beeing build anymore and Artifacts downloads all expired, theres no way to download a final build anymore :/

The following patches need to be applied to the ANGLE source after everything has been downloaded:

With these patches in place, it should be possible to build ANGLE GGP from the upstream repository, after this commit has been reviewed:

Tracking with TerryCavanagh/VVVVVV#67: investigating 16.04 here.

In the Linux action, we produce a tarball...

... but the artifact that gets uploaded is a totally separate zip file. We should upload a tar instead, so we can preserve the libGLESv2.so -> libGLESv2.so.2 symlink.
