Those lines are wrong

Greetings!, first, thank you so much for the mod, it's amazingly usefull.

The issue i have is, when i go to the config file and change the tooltip_activation_time to, lets say 200.0 ticks, and start the game, immediatelly goes back to 20.0 every time.

Title says it all. Examplemod is used instead of mod title in the description part of the pack.mcmeta file right here:

EDIT: Yes, this has no functional purpose and seems kinda overcritical. I am just trying to bring this up early on so it isn't overlooked at a later point. This is what early versions and betas are for.

After installing this mod, going to keybinds menu crashes the game with the following message:

The game crashed whilst rendering screen
Error: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: mezz/jei/gui/recipes/RecipesGui

Also you can't log into the world.

I'm no modder, but my suspicion is at JEI version incompatibility.
