Your drive works perfectly fine when used with I2C EEPROM,
I am using AVR128DA48, but when tried to use with oled Driver, somehow it's not working,
Below is the link of the oled driver, i have tested this driver works perfectly fine on atmega328 without any changes.

I am using the function void twim0_writeWrite (const u8* writeBuffer, u16 writeLength, const u8* writeBuffer2, u16 writeLength2); to write the command and data sequence.
by replacing below code,
i2c_start((LCD_I2C_ADR << 1) | 0);
i2c_byte(0x00); // 0x00 for command, 0x40 for data
for (uint8_t i=0; i<size; i++) {
i2c_byte(cmd[i]);
}
i2c_stop();
with
twim0_writeWrite (Data+0,1, data+0, size);
